Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for orders that arrive:
- Wrong: If the item received does not match the item ordered.
- Incomplete: If the order arrives with missing items.
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item is in its original condition and unused.
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
Refund Process:
- Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. You can reach us via info@alkisa.pk.
- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package.
- Refund Issuance: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the customer’s bank account or digital wallet JazzCash or Easypaisa along with a receipt or screenshot.
Exceptions:
- We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Sale items are generally not eligible for refund.
